J.D. Power has high standards and Mitsubishi has cleared the bar in 2021. J.D. Power’s Customer Service Index (CSI) takes a close look at whether customers are satisfied with the service they received in a dealership’s maintenance and repair department. In this year’s Customer Service Index, Mitsubishi took third out of all brands, making it a top choice for satisfaction.
How We’re Ranked
New owners of vehicles (between one and three years of ownership) are asked about their experience with maintenance performed for warranty and for non-warranty fixes. Dealers are judged on their service initiation, vehicle pick-up, facility, quality, and advisor.
Mitsubishi listened to its 2020 customers and moved up a rank in 2021. Their score improved by 11 points year-over-year and Mitsubishi even tied for first in service quality among all mass-market brands.
Mitsubishi announced a commitment to furthering customers’ car-buying experiences with ClickShop. ClickShop is an online showroom that allows you to explore the Mitsubishi lineup from the comfort of your couch. The tool allows users to customize their Mitsubishi to their needs making the car buying process more efficient before seeing the vehicle in person.
New technology like ClickShop makes it even easier to view the newest Mitsubishi models, including a completely redesigned 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander. The 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander has new, cutting-edge technology and has standard safety technology features, just like the rest of the Mitsubishi brand.
